Velma is a young woman with a wider waist, fair skin, chin-length auburn hair, thin black eyebrows, black eyes, freckles, and a pair of black thick-framed square glasses. She wears a baggy, thick turtlenecked orange sweater with a red skirt, knee length orange socks, and red Mary Jane shoes.
Role in the comic story[]
In the crossover comic story, "Bear-ly Scared", Velma along with the rest of the Mystery Inc. team came to Jellystone Park to investigate a mystery of a ghost (in the guise of Shorty Biggs and Long John Small) that framed Yogi in stealing picnic baskets he didn't take, so they can clear his name along with Boo-Boo and Ranger Smith.
