"Stranger Ranger" is the twenty-seventh Yogi Bear short, originally aired as part of The Huckleberry Hound Show. It aired in syndication on November 2, 1959.

Synopsis[]

A gorilla named Wee Willie escapes, while en route to a circus, into Jellystone, where he finds a spare set of ranger clothes and fools Yogi into thinking he's the new ranger, then proceeds to bash Yogi around the entire time.

  • There was also an escaped circus animal in "Hide and Go Peek", only that time Yogi helped it, instead of being beaten.
