Quick Draw McGraw (known as El Kabong) is an anthropomorphic horse and one of the main characters of the Yogi Bear franchise. He speaks Western with a Western accent.
Background[]
Quick Draw is a good friend of Yogi Bear, who joined the latter in several of his groups including Yogi's Gang from the series of the same name, the Yogi Yahooeys from Laff-a-Lympics, and Yogi's Treasure Hunters from Yogi's Treasure Hunt. He also has a pet bloodhound dog named Snuffles.
Personality[]
His personality was well-intentioned but somewhat dim and he doesn't like being corrected. His famous catchphrases are "Hold on there!" and "I'll do the thin'in' around here, and don't you forget it."
Physical Appearance[]
Quick Draw is a tall and slender anthropomorphic horse with white fur, black hair, a peach muzzle, black eyes, black eyebrows, and grey hooves. His main attire consists of a trademark red stetson cowboy hat, a blue bandana and a red gun belt with a holster.
As a masked vigilante, known as El Kabong, Quick Draw wears an all black gear similar to Zorro, including a black straight hat and a matching cape being tied in ribbons and wields his guitar (known as Susan in the Max original series, Jellystone!) where he serves as his primary weapon to smash his enemies' head.
In the series, Laff-a-Lympics, as part of the Yogi Yahooeys, he wears a red-orange T-shirt with a white "Y" on it.

- Daws Butler was the original voice actor of Quick Draw. By the time, Fender Bender 500 and Yo Yogi! went into production, Butler had died, so Greg Burson took over.
- In Yogi's Treasure Hunt, Huck and Quick Draw McGraw are often paired together on scouting missions.
- In the Max original series, Jellystone!, Quick Draw's character has been fully absorbed into the character of El Kabong, now a Latino vigilante.
- Additionally, he also works as a teacher of Jellystone Elementary School rather than being a sheriff.
