Paul Winchell was an American ventriloquist, comedian, actor, voice actor, humanitarian, and inventor, who mostly voiced Tigger in the franchise of Disney's Winnie the Pooh, and Dick Dastardly and Gargamel from Hanna-Barbera's Wacky Races, its spin-off, Dastardly & Muttley in Their Flying Machines, and The Smurfs, respectively.
