Mr. Vandal (known in a full name as J. Wanton Vandal) is a camp counselor of Camp Rowdy, a one-time character, and the titular main antagonist of the episode of the same name, featured in Yogi's Gang, a spin-off of The Yogi Bear Show.

Mr. Vandal is a tall and muscular man with fair skin, a long nose, black eyebrows, black eyes, a brown mustache, and a brown goatee-like beard. He wears a brass hat with two viking-like horns attached to it, a bronze, leatherly viking-shaped metal collar with stud embellishments, bronze cuffs with stud embellishments, green shorts with a bronze belt and a gold buckle, white socks, and red and yellow shoes.
