Lotta Litter is a two-time character and the titular main antagonist of the episode of the same name from Yogi's Gang, and the episode, "Balloon Kids", from the second season of the Max original series, Jellystone!, both spin-offs of The Yogi Bear Show.

Lotta is a tall and very skinny woman with fair skin, messy magenta-red hair with a yellow flower (that has the power to shapeshift anything) and paper wrappers, magenta-red lips, black eyebrows, black beady dot eyes, and a pair of green glasses with orange lenses.
Fashion[]
She wears a dirty moss green short-sleeved dress, with a dark moss green collar, a dark moss green belt with a red buckle, two huge dark moss green pockets that carries even more litter space, and four dark moss green buttons, long pink socks, and red, black and white sneaker-type shoes.
