Hoagy's Alley is an alley in New York City where Top Cat lived until he got the President of the United States to make him Yogi's Treasure Hunters taskmaster, allowing Top Cat to be able to relax in luxury in exotic locales. The alley is monitored by Officer Charlie Dibble.
