- This episode is the third of the five episodes of the third season that Ranger Smith has been absent and the other episodes were "Yogi's Heroes" and "The Attack of Dr. Mars".
- Boo-Boo as Boo-Boo Einstein, Snagglepuss as Snaggle Plato, and Huckleberry Hound as Huckleberry Edison were spoofs of a trio of historical figures, including Albert Einstein, Plato, and Thomas Edison.
