The Frog-Mouthed Turtle is Boo Boo Bear's rare, endangered pet turtle. It appears to be the last of its kind.

He was kidnapped by Mayor Brown, but Yogi Bear and the others saved him. Mayor Brown confessed that he did not care about the environment or the turtle. Boo Boo filmed this and Ranger Smith showed it to everybody at Mayor Brown's press conference, proving how dishonorable and corrupt he was.[1]
