Clean Kat/Sinister Sludge is Captain Good/Phantom Phink's sidekick, a transformative character, and the secondary villain and antagonist of Yogi's Space Race, a spin-off of The Yogi Bear Show.
Background[]
Clean Kat is a white and snobbish cat while Sinister Sludge is a sleazy brown dog who's known as the Phantom Phink's cohort and also a contestant of superior intelligence. Additionally, Sludge was usually told by Phink to shut up.
Whenever Good/Phink morphs, Kat/Sludge morphs at the same time, although he is capable of doing it separately from his master, such as in "The Saturn 500", when Phink says dogs aren't allowed on Mars and he morphs, causing Phink to say cats aren't allowed, either, and in "The Mizar Marathon" when Good said that cats aren't allowed in a castle, to which he morphs and Good says that goes for dogs, too.

Clean Kat is a short, anthropomorphic cat with white fur, black whiskers, black eyebrows, a black nose, black eyes and a white curvy and fluffy tail. He wears a blue belt with a gold letter "K" on the center, a blue cape with a gold triangle attached to the center, blue gloves, blue boots, and a pair of blue goggle-like glasses.
Sinister Sludge[]
Sinister Sludge is a short, anthropomorphic dog with shaggy brown fur, a black nose, black eyes, black eyebrows, black squiggly ears and a crooked, squiggly tail. He wears a yellow dog collar with a "S", a red cape, red boots, a light purple and red-striped helmet with a pair of yellow goggles, and light purple gloves.

History[]
Sinister Sludge[]
According to Sinister Sludge's biography shown in the episode, "Race Through Oz", Sludge was a wiz in obedience school while the other dogs in his class were still learning English, and was already studying a foreign language. Additionally, he could do all the tricks like sitting and fetching to get a bone. When the Phantom Phink showed up at the space pound looking for him, it was a match made in heaven.

- Sinister Sludge looks similar to, and is also a knock-off of Dick Dastardly's pet and sidekick, Muttley from Wacky Races.
