Notes/Trivia[]
- Kabong Scouts are a parody of the Girl/Boy Scouts in real life.
- Scare Bear made a guest appearance in a badge since he last appeared in the episode, "Captain Snerdley Goes Bananas" from Galaxy Goof-Ups.
- Peter's pilot license gives his middle name initial as "V." At the end of the episode, Peter says that "Things are looking up for Peter Vasilios Potamus," revealing that his middle name is Vasilios.
- The air sirens bear a resemblance to the parents and daughter of the Holiday family in the TV series, The Roman Holidays.
- The villains from Yogi's Gang, including Lotta Litter, Mr. Smog, the Gossipy Witch, and Captain Swipe made appearances in this episode.
- Snagglepuss has "Snag L." above his doorbell, which says "Ding dong, even" when you press it. The "L." indicates his surname is Lion.
- El Kabong sits next to Bobbie Louie at the bus station without a single word, which is a reference to their partnership/friendship in the original Quick Draw McGraw shorts, albeit with a male version of Bobbie Louie called Baba Looey.
Behind the Scenes[]
- For timing concerns, Dr. Bigot and Mr. Vandal were part of Captain Swipe's crew in animatics, Mr. Vandal threatened the kids with his axe, while Dr. Bigot is a whole fourth wall joke about him existing, with Captain Swipe getting a call from someone called "Jay" who tells him that Mr. Bigot has to be cut, even though "Careen" has already drawn him.
- Originally in the episode, the Gossipy Witch was going to spread gossip about Shag wetting the bed, but it was changed to making earwax sculptures. It was probably changed because they didn't want to offend any kids that wet the bed.
Errors[]
- The Gossipy Witch's actual name is the Gossipy Witch of the West.
- The credits refer to So-So as "SoSo."
